Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Platform
Owns enterprise platform features like deployment infrastructure, permissions, audit logging, and AI governance to enable secure scaling of apps and AI agents. Requires 4+ years PM experience, strong technical depth, platform thinking, and AI fluency.
Responsibilities
- Drive projects end-to-end from discovery through launch.
- Make decisions and own tradeoffs.
- Work closely with engineering on technical problems (data connectivity, infrastructure, access control systems).
- Partner with sales and customer success to understand enterprise pain points.
- Spend time directly with customers to understand deployment, governance, and scaling.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience at a technology company, ideally enterprise-focused.
- Strong technical background (e.g., former engineer or able to evaluate architecture decisions).
- Track record of shipping complex, cross-functional projects independently.
- Decisive product instincts and platform thinking for scalable solutions.
- Experience bridging engineering and go-to-market teams.
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers.
- AI fluency (AI agents, LLMs, autonomous workflows, infrastructure needs, constraints like cost/latency/safety).
- Strong ownership mindset under pressure.
Compensation
Base salary range: $161,500 – $285,000 per year (US), plus equity and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
