Senior Product Manager
Own the end-to-end admissions and financial aid product area for a K-12 EdTech SaaS platform. Drive discovery, roadmap, and delivery for inquiry-to-enrollment workflows with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end admissions flow: inquiry, application, review and decisioning, enrollment contracts, and re-enrollment through financial aid decisions—owned as a single connected journey
- Integrations and handoffs: clean connections between admissions, enrollment, financial aid, billing, and the student record
- Discovery and roadmap: spend time with admissions directors, business managers, and enrollment teams to understand the work, define problems worth solving, and ship in priority order
- Metrics that matter: funnel conversion, application completion, time-to-decision, financial aid turnaround, re-enrollment yield, and operational metrics
- Cross-functional partnership: day-to-day work with engineering and design on your squad, plus close partnership with customer success, support, implementation, sales, and marketing
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience shipping software to real users, ideally B2B SaaS
- Track record of owning a product area end to end—discovery, scoping, shipping, and iterating based on what you learn
- Strong customer instincts: spend real time with users, write down what you hear, and distinguish between a feature request and the underlying problem
- Comfort with workflow-heavy products: hold a multi-step, multi-stakeholder process in your head and reason about where it breaks
- Data fluency: pull your own numbers, build a basic funnel, and use metrics to prioritize
- Clear, concise writing: PRDs that engineers want to build from; updates that stakeholders actually read
- Bias toward shipping: get something useful in front of customers and learn rather than perfect a spec for another month
- Authorized to work in the US
