Senior Product Manager
Senior Product Manager manages product roadmap, frames problems, conducts research, and collaborates async with design/engineering in a remote startup. Requires 6+ years building web apps and 2+ years PM experience in growth-stage companies.
You will
- Manage our product roadmap. Work with stakeholders to prioritize what and when to build, generating clarity amid uncertainty.
- Frame up problems. Explain problems and rationale to engineers and designers.
- Conduct research and analysis. Gather evidence from user interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Work with designers and engineers to devise solutions. Set requirements and collaborate on solutions.
- Collaborate without meetings. Thrive in an async, documentation-first culture with strong written communication.
- Persuade with a light touch. Drive decisions inclusively amid disagreement.
- Report back on what’s working. Measure and communicate impact post-launch.
You have
- 6+ years building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at tech companies.
- 2+ years as a PM in startup environments (growth-stage companies).
- Excellent product intuition from delivering products to users.
- Solid design judgment for collaborating with designers.
- Enough technical chops to discuss approaches with engineering managers.
- Ability to translate strategy and backlogs into roadmaps.
- Ability to manage uncertainty and make decisive calls.
- Empathy for users and strong communication skills.
- Desire to work autonomously in a remote, high-empathy culture.
