Senior Product Manager
Own product strategy for integrations, onboarding, and analytics/reporting teams building Assembled's data platform foundation. Drive AI-powered workforce experiences, integration ecosystem strategy, and data insights for enterprise support leaders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with support teams at enterprise brands and meet with prospects to understand problems and shape product vision
- Own the AI-powered workforce setup and onboarding experience, ensuring contact center data is accurate, timely, and complete
- Scale and deepen the integrations platform, forming strategy around where to build vs. partner across the support ecosystem
- Empower support leaders with data by ensuring analytics pipelines, metrics, and dashboards deliver accurate, fast, and actionable insights
- Lead and mentor junior PMs, raising the bar on product thinking and ways of working
- Champion high product quality, usability, and impact across the product portfolio
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS with proven track record of impact beyond feature-level work
- Experience at a growing, venture-backed startup
- Strong analytical and technical product skills with ability to form perspectives on integration strategies, data stacks, and infrastructure
- Experience building analytics products or data-driven experiences for business users
- Track record of building strong partnerships and trust across functions, especially with engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a rigorous writing culture
- Customers-first mindset with strong discovery skills to work directly with senior stakeholders
- Bias to action and sense of urgency
- Currently based in or willing to relocate to the New York metro area
