Senior Product & Design Sourcer
Owns top-of-funnel sourcing for Product Management and Product Design roles, partnering with recruiters and leaders to attract top talent using creative strategies. Requires 6+ years experience with strong intuition for product/design craft in competitive markets.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Recruiters, Product Management leaders, and Product Design leaders to build world-class product and design teams
- Own and scale top-of-funnel sourcing for PM and Product Design roles across the company
- Develop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-reach product and design talent
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior PMs, product leaders, and designers
- Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches to improve sourcing effectiveness
- Operate with a "one team" mindset to help the Talent team meet bold, company-wide hiring goals
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with deep focus on Product Management and/or Product Design roles
- Proven track record engaging top PM and design talent in highly competitive markets
- Strong product and design intuition — you can evaluate a portfolio, assess a PM's scope, and quickly understand what "great" looks like in these disciplines
- Clear, thoughtful communicator who builds trust with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
