Senior Manager, Strategy Operations - Data & Analytics
Senior strategy and operations leader driving quarterly business reviews, long-range planning, and high-impact cross-functional initiatives for the Data & Analytics organization. Requires 7-10+ years in strategy/analytics and strong executive communication skills.
Running Operating Systems (35%)
- Own DNA's quarterly business review process end-to-end; structure, narrative, preparation, and facilitation
- Lead planning processes that connect DNA's priorities to enterprise OKRs and cross-functional operating forums
- Build and maintain the mechanisms that keep DNA's strategy visible, measurable, and connected to how the business operates
- Ensure DNA's planning and review cadences are integrated with Finance, Product, Revenue, and Operations rhythms
Leading Special Projects (40%)
- Partner with the VP to develop, pressure-test, and communicate DNA's annual and long-range strategy - including investment theses, capability roadmaps, and organizational direction
- Identify emerging opportunities in data, analytics, and AI that can create meaningful business value; synthesizing internal signals, market trends, and competitive context
- Drive strategic programs that require sustained alignment across multiple functions and senior stakeholders
- Lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives that have no clear home - mobilizing teams toward outcomes and filling gaps that fall between existing ownership lines
Intangibles: Executive Leverage, Narrative, & Culture (25%)
- Translate DNA's strategy into executive narratives, pre-reads, and decision frameworks that land at the leadership level
- Represent DNA's strategic point of view in cross-functional forums with credibility and conviction
- Build enablement that elevates how DNA leaders communicate, engage with the business, and show up at enterprise altitude
- Create frameworks and operating artifacts that scale DNA's ways of working across the organization
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years in strategy, analytics, consulting, or business operations with a track record of working at the intersection of data and organizational strategy
- Strong data and analytics fluency, enough to pressure-test assumptions, evaluate AI and data investments, and engage credibly with technical leaders
- Proven ability to write and present strategic materials for C-suite and senior leadership audiences - executive narratives, investment cases, QBR decks
- Experience owning complex planning and review processes across a function or organization
- Strong program management skills - able to run multi-threaded, cross-functional initiatives with clarity and accountability
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across senior stakeholders
- Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the path isn't always defined
Compensation
- The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $175,500.00 - $201,825.00 per year.

Own end-to-end workplace strategy, operations, and events across SF headquarters and other locations. Lead a team delivering office operations, onsites, and service standards while managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Project Lead
Lead data center construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, contracts, and cross-functional teams from mobilization through turnover. Requires 10+ years in hyperscale or industrial builds and expert scheduling/cost tools.
