Senior Manager, Sales Recruiting
Lead a team of 8+ recruiters to drive 200 GTM hires per quarter. Own hiring strategy, reporting, analytics, and stakeholder engagement for NAMER.
What you will do
- Manage an existing team of 8+ recruiters while fostering a strong team bond
- Partner with business leaders to align on the plan (what we hire, when), the strategy, and the delivery (forecast, reporting)
- Partner with the internal Sourcing team to align on best practices to be leveraged across all Sourcers, as well as identifying function-specific needs that remain unique
- Develop creative strategies and messaging for engaging top-of-funnel talent across disciplines
- Help drive data integrity and hygiene with the team to set up for success in using data to inform and influence overall recruiting strategy
- Analyze pass-through data to detect trends, derive insights, and adjust strategies to optimize top of funnel
- Help define and evaluate recruiting metrics to continuously measure and improve team performance and productivity
- Act as part of the TA leadership team, and as such, participate in, and contribute to overall TA initiatives, improvement, and leadership
What you will need
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience in Business Recruiting in tech / saas
- Direct people leadership experience at a similar scale
- Experience collaborating with global teams
- The ability to genuinely empathize with your team, while also setting a high bar for performance
- Ability to leverage existing technology to drive results, manage performance, drive best practice data and reporting, and improve execution
- Strong data and reporting skills with a desire to work with data and recruiting metrics
- A track record for successfully identifying and engaging exceptional recruiting talent
- Innovative thinking and continuous improvement approaches
- Project management skills to drive bigger picture initiatives and changes, with multiple stakeholders, across the line
- Experience using industry-leading recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates
