About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain partner reporting infrastructure: dashboards, performance reports, and KPI frameworks.
  • Own QBR support — developing the data narratives that make partner business reviews strategic.
  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities across the portfolio and surface them internally and to partners.
  • Power data-driven marketing by feeding insights into segmentation opportunities, campaign strategy and deal design.
  • Develop the Partner Trend Report and other external intelligence products.
  • Define the right metrics for partner success and build the systems to track them.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or data-driven account management
  • Experience translating complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau, or similar) and comfort working with large datasets. Experience using AI to analyze large datasets.
  • Experience supporting partner or client-facing conversations with data — QBRs, business reviews, strategic planning
  • Comfortable owning the function independently from day one
  • Travel or hospitality industry experience a plus
