Responsibilities
- Build robust healthcare integrations without compromising security, privacy, or quality using REST-like APIs, FHIR, and other third-party APIs
- Scale integrations and infrastructure
- Collaborate with health system customers to deploy, troubleshoot, and support integrations
- Enhance existing systems for new functionality, performance, stability, quality, and security
- Advocate for high standards, improve codebase, add documentation, share knowledge
- Build user empathy and maintain user-centric mindset
- Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 5+ years launching business-critical integrations with large enterprises
- 2+ years VistA Integration experience
- Experience with mPage Workflow components, Dynamic Documentation, and CCL
- Experience with REST-like APIs (FHIR), OAuth2.0, mTLS
- Excitement about NodeJS/TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform
- Passionate about healthcare integrations
- Ability to act autonomously while working in a team
- Comfortable working across domains and languages
- Strong communication with stakeholders
Nice to Have
- 2+ years healthcare data integrations
- Experience delivering integrations with EHRs like Oracle Health/VistA
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, X12
