Responsibilities
- Build fal's growth measurement foundation — define the event taxonomy, attribution model, channel hierarchy, and reporting infrastructure.
- Stand up acquisition analytics across paid, organic, content, community, and partnership channels.
- Shape top-of-funnel growth strategy; translate signals into recommendations.
- Define and operationalize unit economics (CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, ROAS, cohort performance).
- Design and run growth experiments end-to-end.
- Help shape broader data and analytics capability for growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years in data science, growth analytics, or growth strategy, ideally at PLG or developer-tools companies.
- Experience building growth analytics infrastructure from early stages (taxonomy, pipelines, instrumentation).
- Strategy-and-tactics mindset with hands-on channel-level acquisition analysis (Google, Meta, organic, content, community, partnerships).
- Strong fluency with growth unit economics (CAC, LTV, attribution, incrementality).
- Experience building LTV and cohort models in sparse/evolving data environments.
- Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python for analytics and experimentation.
- Strong experimentation: A/B testing, holdout designs, causal inference.
- Comfort with ambiguity and owner mentality.
- Track record of shipping growth experiments impacting marketing budgets.

Compensation
$190,000 - $230,000 + equity + comprehensive benefits package
