Senior Agent Product Manager
Own end-to-end AI agent deployments for enterprise customers, collaborating with engineering and customers to design, optimize, and scale AI solutions while influencing product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Build, design, and optimize enterprise-quality AI agents in collaboration with customers — understanding their workflows, pain points, and goals
- Embed deeply within strategic customers to understand their business challenges and serve as a strategic advisor to their AI roadmap
- Run tight feedback loops into Engineering — influence feature development based on real customer needs
- Represent Decagon externally — working closely with customers and prospects, participating in key deployments
- Collaborate with engineering to design new product features
- Write and test prompt logic for specific customer use cases
- Work with a customer’s executive team to define their AI roadmap
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, engagement manager, consultant, founder)
- Fluent in German with professional experience working and communicating in German-speaking environments
- Deep technical acumen — able to understand and shape AI agent designs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as much as you implement them
Nice-to-Haves
- Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree — or equivalent technical experience
