Regional Director, Sales, PNW
Lead and manage a team of enterprise account executives selling complex cloud security solutions across the PNW region. Drive revenue growth through strategic sales execution, team development, and key customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of enterprise account executives, each responsible for a specific geographical territory
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to customers
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams
- Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify improvements
- Set performance goals for the sales team and provide coaching and feedback
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers for long-term partnerships
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance to executive leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing and leading majors and strategic sellers
- 4+ years sales experience of complex cloud or security solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client and internal relationships
- Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategy
- Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices and industry trends
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with adaptability
