About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of enterprise account executives, each responsible for a specific geographical territory
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to customers
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify improvements
  • Set performance goals for the sales team and provide coaching and feedback
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers for long-term partnerships
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance to executive leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience managing and leading majors and strategic sellers
  • 4+ years sales experience of complex cloud or security solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client and internal relationships
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategy
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices and industry trends
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with adaptability
