Summary
Hightouch is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the candidate experience for Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting teams. This role involves scheduling, process improvement, and building relationships with hiring teams to attract top talent.
About the role
What you'll do
- You are able to schedule and own the entire coordination experience for candidates for our Engineering, Product and Design recruiting teams (6-8 recruiters)
- You are excited about building efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team.
- You develop trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters.
- You communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- You want to change the talent industry at large and figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment.
What We're looking for
- You have ideally spent some time in a recruiting coordinator role and/or administrative role.
- You are incredibly organized and are able to manage multiple priorities.
- You are proactive in identifying problems and providing solutions - you're able to do this independently but aren't afraid to ask for help!
- You thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
- You are creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $75,000-95,000 (USD) per year which is location-independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
