About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own vision, roadmap, strategy, and execution of Workplace platform products (desk/room/parking reservations, deliveries, space/move management).
  • Launch products and take responsibility for success/failure based on defined goals/metrics.
  • Gather feedback from customers, sales/success teams, and cross-functionally to inform decisions and iterations.
  • Act as point person for customers during beta/high-iteration periods and run internal dogfooding.
  • Story-tell internally to engineering, design, research, and company to encourage ownership and contribution.
  • Own pricing, packaging, and sales training for products.
  • Bring and elevate product processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably B2B with enterprise exposure and 0-1 product building.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or quantitative field.
  • Passion for workplaces, strong end-user intuition, thrive in ambiguity, high bar for quality, data-driven, impatient for results, high empathy/humility, tinker with AI/automation, believe in in-office teams.
