About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own Orchestration end-to-end: lead strategy from concept through launch and commercialization; accountable for adoption, revenue, and platform impact.
  • Define the platform narrative and articulate how Orchestration fits into the broader Rad AI platform and market story.
  • Translate market needs into execution: turn customer and ecosystem signals into product priorities, execution plans, and launch milestones.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, sales, partnerships, implementations, and leadership.
  • Build commercial strategy alongside product strategy: pricing, packaging, partner model, design partnerships, market positioning, and rollout plan.
  • Make build/partner/buy decisions across orchestration-related capabilities.
  • Hit high-stakes timelines and serve as central accountability point for unblocking teams.
  • Prioritize highest-value bets across workflow, interoperability, routing, and adjacent platform capabilities.
  • Operate like a founder: step into contracts, partner negotiations, customer escalations, and technical tradeoffs while maintaining long-term vision.

Requirements

  • Commercial mindset: connect product decisions to adoption, pricing, partnerships, and market position.
  • Deep industry experience in radiology, imaging, PACS, workflow, interoperability, DICOM, routing, or adjacent enterprise imaging infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of how hospital and radiology buying decisions are made.
  • Led major product or platform initiatives as Head of Product, GM, or senior product leader in healthcare or imaging.
  • Track record of turning ambiguous strategic ideas into shipped products and real customer adoption across product, engineering, and commercial teams.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, influence executives, and make decisions in ambiguity.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Launched a platform or interoperability product into a regulated, enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with imaging vendors, workflow vendors, AI partners, and health system stakeholders.
  • Experience shaping pricing, packaging, and partner models for a platform product.
  • Experience with AI/ML products in mission-critical environments.
