Product Manager - Workforce Management
Drives product vision for AI-powered workforce management, onboarding, integrations, and analytics in enterprise SaaS for customer support operations. Partners with customers and teams to deliver data-driven insights and scalable solutions. Requires 5+ years PM experience in fast-paced startups.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with prospects and customers to understand problems and needs, conduct research, partner across functions, and analyze feedback and usage data.
- Own the AI-powered workforce setup and onboarding experience, driving product vision for faster and smarter configuration of queues, exclusions, and agent states.
- Scale and deepen integrations platform, shaping strategy for support ecosystem integrations, deciding where to build vs. partner.
- Empower support leaders with data from analytics pipeline, ensuring accurate, fast, and consistent metrics and actionable insights.
- Lead and mentor junior PMs, champion high product quality and impact, foster fast-paced culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS with proven strategic impact.
- Experience at growing venture-backed startup.
- Strong analytical and technical product skills, including data, integrations, and infrastructure.
- Experience building analytics products or data-driven experiences.
- Collaborative style with strong engineering partnerships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customers-first mindset with discovery skills.
- Bias to action and urgency.
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York metro area.
