Product Manager -Data Platform

Responsibilities

• Own portions of the Team 3 backlog, keeping tickets clear, prioritized, and up to date.
• Write product specs and requirements documents for platform improvements.
• Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with engineering.
• Track delivery against the roadmap, flag risks and blockers early.
• Coordinate with Data Ingest (Team 5), Analytics, and Operations teams on shared dependencies.
• Document platform workflows, data contracts, and decision rationale.
• Investigate and triage data issues, help determine root cause and next steps.
• Prepare status updates and summaries for leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management, technical program management, or related experience.
• Worked on technical products; comfort with data systems, APIs, or infrastructure strongly preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay organized under pressure and manage multiple workstreams.
• Ask good questions and seek context before solutions.
• Interest in learning healthcare data and its importance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience at early-stage or growth-stage startup.
• Exposure to healthcare, value-based care, or CMS data.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $135,000-165,000 per year
Additional: Eligible for discretionary performance bonus and equity options
