Product Manager
Own the Merchant Dashboard product roadmap and strategy for restaurant operators. Define information architecture, personalization, and monetization features while partnering with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy for SpotOn restaurant software suite
- Own and manage the product roadmap with data-informed trade-offs
- Shape information architecture, interaction patterns, personalization, and monetization surfaces for the Merchant Dashboard
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, Ops, and GTM teams
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
- Lead experimentation, learning, and iteration cycles
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and act as product advocate and voice of the customer
- Collaborate on product positioning with product marketing
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably with restaurant or hospitality software
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and ability to deliver intuitive, high-quality products that scale
- Technically fluent: engage with engineers, understand APIs and systems architecture, discuss implementation trade-offs
- Metrics-driven work style leveraging data for decisions
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate product vision and tradeoffs
- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their interactions with products
- Ability to make decisions with imperfect information and manage ambiguity

- Hands-on restaurant or hospitality experience (working in a restaurant, bar, or cafe)
