What You'll Accomplish

  • Ship at Scale: Ship high-quality features within a cross-functional pod, working directly with executives as the voice of your team.
  • Metric Accountability: Establish success metrics and use both quantitative and qualitative data to adjust strategy mid-flight.

Basic Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience: Experience in digital product development within the healthcare, fitness, or mind-body therapy space.
