Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of People Ops function
  • Coordinate onboarding
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Maintain HRIS records
  • Contribute to employee experience and lifecycle
  • Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Work closely with People Operations Manager

Requirements

  • Prior experience supporting People Operations team in a startup environment
  • Proactive and process-driven
  • Thrive in team environment, juggle multiple tasks, organized, detail-oriented, adaptable
  • Communicate with clarity and empathy
  • Experience with at least one HRIS (administrative tasks)
  • Working knowledge of timecard administration, including state-specific meal and rest break compliance
  • Comfortable using AI tools thoughtfully

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly rate ($27 - $33 per hour)
