Responsibilities

Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows.
Work directly with customers (visiting their offices) to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.
Prototype and integrate AI pipelines (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation) to prove out new workflows.
Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. Shape engineering culture.

Requirements
