Requirements

  • Strong design sensibility: excellent product intuition and can use tools like Figma or vibe-coding platforms to communicate and validate ideas
  • Solid engineering chops: 3+ years building user-facing products with TypeScript (React/Next.js or similar frameworks)
  • Customer empathy: care deeply about understanding user needs and building delightful experiences
  • High ownership: want to own problems end-to-end, not just work on tickets

Nice-to-Haves

  • Open source contributions or public projects that show your craft
  • Experience building AI products or developer tools
  • Strong opinions on what makes great product experiences
