Responsibilities

  • Support the full credentialing lifecycle—from initial applications to renewals and ongoing maintenance
  • Track, resolve, and follow up on credentialing and licensing requirements
  • Manage provider enrollment processes with payers, including application submission, follow-up, and status tracking
  • Keep provider records up to date, organized, and audit-ready
  • Monitor application and licensing status, ensuring accuracy across systems
  • Conduct primary source verification for provider credentials
  • Respond quickly to internal and external credentialing requests
  • Partner closely with clinical teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure everything meets regulatory and compliance standards
  • Ensure documentation is collected and processed on time

Requirements

  • Three (3) years work experience in licensing and credential services, accreditation and/or related field required
  • Working knowledge of provider licensing, credentialing, accreditation policies and related state/federal regulations required
  • Provider enrollment experience is a plus
  • Experience with video chatting, Google Suite, Slack, electronic health records or comfort using and learning new technology
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $52,000-58,000
  • Equity and benefits included in total compensation package
