Inventory Specialist
Manage shipping/receiving, track inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of equipment and supplies at the Mesa, AZ facility. Requires 1-3 years of inventory experience and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring the accuracy and condition of items
- Track and record inventory levels of office supplies and equipment
- Handle shipping and receiving of packages
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and orders
- Generate basic inventory reports as needed
- Assist with organizing the office and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required
- 1-3 years of related experience in shipping and receiving, inventory role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to move boxes weighing up to 50lbs across the office for various needs
- Must be able to work onsite at our location in Mesa, AZ 5 days a week
