About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring the accuracy and condition of items
  • Track and record inventory levels of office supplies and equipment
  • Handle shipping and receiving of packages
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and orders
  • Generate basic inventory reports as needed
  • Assist with organizing the office and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required
  • 1-3 years of related experience in shipping and receiving, inventory role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to move boxes weighing up to 50lbs across the office for various needs
  • Must be able to work onsite at our location in Mesa, AZ 5 days a week
