Brand Coordinator
Brand Coordinator supporting marketing goals by creating graphics, managing social media, and executing brand/communications projects. Requires 3+ years of graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for graphic design project needs across the Marketing department (and broader Skillable organization) in support of internal and external customer consumption.
- Partner with stakeholders in ensuring a clear understanding the development needs of graphics that represent our company across channels including ads, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
- Balance multiple project priorities while establishing project timelines and deadlines and strict copyediting review processes of all completed materials.
- Contribute to marketing projects with helping to develop brand strategies and creating visual content for online brand presence.
- In support of PR/AR, schedule communications, interviews and maintain relationships with vendors and media.
- Assist in the creation of promotional content including email templates, brochures, ads, graphics, etc.
- Manage and own the social media calendar alongside the communications team, as well as, posts and visual identity.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports that help gauge the effectiveness of branding and communication efforts.
- Assist in providing and disseminating communications and updates of regular internal brand and graphic related assets.
- Partner with Marketing team leadership on strategic goals in support of Skillable's OKR's.
- Represent Skillable professionally during webinars, customer meetings and corporate events as required.
- Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant individual/educational/professional experience
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience producing graphics and content
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Canva
- Experience with Hubspot and Foleon a plus, but training provided if needed
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Detail oriented, organized and adaptable to changing needs and priorities
- Experience working cross-functionally and promoting collaborative partnerships to drive results, including senior leadership
- Comfortable presenting and conveying material both formally and informally to all levels of the organization
- Thorough understanding (or willingness to learn expeditiously) of business operations and processes
- High-level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm and an appetite to develop your executive presence
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally to various audiences internally or externally through various mediums
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines
- Microsoft suite experience, including teams or similar web conferencing and internal communication software experience preferred
- Naturally inquisitive with a desire learn and contribute
- Experience working in a fully remote team is preferred, but not required
- Basic understanding (or willingness to learn expeditiously) of standard business operations and processes
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000 - $80,000 annually
- Fully remote with a monthly stipend to pay for office services and supplies

Inventory Specialist
Manage shipping/receiving, track inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of equipment and supplies at the Mesa, AZ facility. Requires 1-3 years of inventory experience and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Fraud Operations Analyst Intern
Monitor and analyze suspicious player activity and wallet transactions to detect fraud, ensure regulatory compliance (KYC/AML), and support fraud prevention systems for a sports gaming platform. Requires 1-3 years fraud/risk experience and a bachelor's degree.
Associate Risk Engineer , Executive Risks
Underwrites and analyzes management liability risks for private and nonprofit organizations while building broker relationships and driving business development. Requires 1+ years of specialty underwriting experience and strong sales skills.
