Builds and owns legal operations tech stack and processes for a remote legal team, managing high-volume contracts and driving cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT. Requires 3+ years legal ops experience, in-house background, and hands-on CLM tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT/Security teams.
- Own the legal tech stack: CLM evaluation, matter management, automation, renewals, budget tracking, playbooks.
- Manage high-volume, high-variety contract work including provider agreements, client contracts, vendor deals, and compliance programs.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from zero to completion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of legal ops experience.
- In-house legal department background.
- Hands-on contract management software experience.
- Self-starter who thrives without heavy oversight and finishes projects.
Compensation & Benefits
