About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with 2-3 Account Executives and support multiple active customer opportunities across the Enterprise segment
  • Guide customers through the Webflow evaluation process ensuring solutions meet business objectives and technical requirements
  • Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development
  • Present effective stories through demonstrations highlighting Webflow benefits
  • Lead hands-on workshops and trials
  • Influence product direction by representing the customer voice
  • Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives
  • Travel up to 25%

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space
  • Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript
  • Consultative approach with passion for helping customers solve problems
  • Strong storytelling within discovery and/or product demo sessions

Compensation & Benefits

  • United States OTE ranges (USD):
    • Zone A: $208,500 - $245,000
    • Zone B: $194,000 - $228,000
    • Zone C: $182,000 - $214,000
  • Canada (CAD, ON & BC): 200,000 - 235,000
