Principal Solutions Architect advising customers on full-stack Retool implementations, designing scalable cloud architectures, and leading professional services engagements. Requires 5+ years customer-facing technical experience with SQL, JavaScript, Python, and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Advise and implement full-stack solutions using Retool
- Help partners deliver best-in-class services to customers and scale product impact
- Develop new service offerings based on customer/market need
- Assist with scoping, estimating, and selling professional services engagements
- Serve as a thought partner to customers building complex internal tools
- Assist with partner enablement and certification
- Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice
- Work collaboratively with strong communication skills for teaching complex concepts
- Identify and proactively manage risk areas through to resolution
- Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, or Deployed Engineer
- Hands-on experience with full-stack development, including SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Python
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems
- Passion for leveraging technology to solve business problems creatively
- Exceptional technical communication skills for translating requirements between business and technical teams
- Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time solutions
- Comfortable with open-ended problem-solving in unstructured environments
