About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own implementations end-to-end: Run customer deployments from kickoff through go-live, lead discovery sessions, collect scheduling rules and workflows, build project plans, coordinate across engineering and customer stakeholders.
  • Execute non-engineering implementation work: Collect customer inputs (scheduling rules, knowledge base, configurations), configure platform (assistant settings, scheduling, telephony).
  • Serve as customer's primary point of contact: Lead calls, syncs, send recaps, manage communications, first line for post-launch issues.
  • Run UAT and drive go-live: Coordinate testing, track issues, manage production cutover.
  • Own accounts post-launch: Lead syncs, QBRs, triage issues, monitor health, surface expansion.
  • Shape the product: Translate feedback into requirements, partner with engineering on tooling.

Requirements

  • 3+ years running complex software implementations, technical onboarding, or customer-facing project management at B2B SaaS.
  • Semi-technical fluency: Navigate APIs, configuration interfaces, technical docs.
  • Project leadership: Manage multi-workstream projects, hold cross-functional teams accountable.
  • Customer-facing presence: Lead meetings, build relationships with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bias toward action: Hands-on execution.
