About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own, maintain, and improve SentiLink's GTM tech stack -- including Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Ironclad.
  • Identify operational friction and gaps, evaluate solutions, and implement them.
  • Build integrations across tools to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with the GTM team to remove blockers and ensure data is complete and reliable.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a high performing tech company or startup
  • Revenue and GTM operations experience
  • Strong grasp of SFDC and SentiLink's tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Gong, Ironclad)
  • Comfortable with AI tools

Compensation

  • $120,000 to $140,000/year + equity + benefits
