Responsibilities
- Own channel strategy: identify, evaluate, and prioritize highest-impact partnership channels (brokers, accounting firms, ERPs, strategic CPG partners)
- Build partnerships from scratch: manage full lifecycle from prospecting, outreach, negotiation, and deal closure; collaborate with sales and business operations
- Become CPG ecosystem expert: develop deep knowledge of brands, brokers, distributors, retailers, service providers; position Confido as essential infrastructure
- Drive revenue through partners: source high-quality opportunities, maintain relationships for consistent pipeline growth
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, investment banking, consulting, or investing with track record of building relationships and driving commercial outcomes
- Strategic thinking: evaluate opportunities, size markets, build compelling business cases
- Comfort with ambiguity: self-starter mentality, experience in fast-moving startup environments
Senior Partner Manager
Manages client outreach, prospecting, and proposals to convert partners into long-term relationships. Owns individual and pod quota, manages the full sales cycle, and leverages AI tools for prospecting, pipeline hygiene, and insights.
