About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect the AI-Native Codebase: Take ownership of redesigning the structure of a fast-moving, AI-generated codebase for scalability, maintainability, and production-readiness.
- Build Full-Stack, End to End: Own features from front-end (React) to back-end (Node.js, Django, Python), shipping prototypes to production.
- Applied AI Engineering: Work hands-on with LLMs, AI agents, tool calling, and memory systems to solve real product challenges.
- Shape the Product: Collaborate with product and marketing to define what gets built, thinking about users and outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience working on AI-native codebases with strong technical judgment.
- Full-Stack Generalist: Comfortable across the entire stack (React frontend, Node.js or Django backend).
- Zero-to-One Builder: Shipped products from scratch, thrive in ambiguity.
- Use Cursor and other AI coding tools fluently, knowing their limits.

- Multimodal AI Engineering (Video ML/Video AI).
- Background blending product thinking with technical depth.
