About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a section of the 0→1 roadmap and ship features from idea/client discovery to rollout.
- Talk to clients, scope and design features, and implement from scratch.
- Deliver reliable, secure, accurate, and fast engineering (e.g., 99.5% crash-free, secure-by-default, high F1 scores, low latency).
Requirements
Must have:
- Taste and product building experience (0→1 experience with strong frontend/design/UI/UX understanding).
- Strong TypeScript/React; hands-on backend experience (Node, Go, or Python).
- Good engineering hygiene (CI/CD, tests, reviews).
- Deeply empathetic and low-ego.
- Independent and process building.
Nice to have:
- Endpoint/inference experience (browser extensions/device endpoints, fast/scalable inference).
Compensation
- Salary: $120-250k
