Founding Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and delivery of major product surfaces across investing and portfolio management, from early architecture through launch and iteration.
• Build a category-defining wealth platform for private markets.
• Drive high-leverage engineering decisions early, shaping architecture and quality bar.
• Ship features that increase investor engagement and investment volume.
• Collaborate with product, design, supply, legal, and compliance.
• Develop fluency in private market investing workflows and regulated financial products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building meaningful web applications.
• Experience owning large product surfaces from scratch in a 0-1 environment.
• Full-stack generalist or frontend specialist with working proficiency across the stack.
• Strong technical judgment, understanding tradeoffs, voicing opinions, making fast decisions.
• Experience building foundational systems, architecture/sequencing decisions with long-term impact.
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces or regulatory domains.
• High ownership mindset, bias toward action, comfort debating technical decisions.
