Senior Product Designer II - Lifecycle & Growth
Leads ambiguous, high-impact lifecycle and growth design initiatives across partnerships, incentives, conversion, reactivation, and retention. Requires 7+ years of consumer digital product design experience, exceptional interaction and visual craft, and strong prototyping skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact growth initiatives across partnerships, incentives, and lifecycle experiences from ambiguous problem framing through launch.
- Reimagine customer-journey moments including discovery, value communication, conversion, reactivation, and retention.
- Blend product thinking, brand, content, interaction design, and business mechanics into cohesive experiences.
- Explore and prototype content models, flows, interaction patterns, motion, and messaging.
- Design complex, multi-step journeys spanning multiple surfaces and teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content Design, Research, Brand, and Data Science.
- Use customer insight, experimentation, and business metrics to evaluate tradeoffs and iterate toward measurable impact.
- Define scalable patterns and interaction models for broader growth experiences.
- Use prototypes, AI-enabled tools, and emerging workflows to accelerate exploration and learning.
- Raise the craft bar through visual and interaction design, storytelling, and clear design rationale.
Requirements
- 7+ years designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual, interaction, and product craft, including strong 0-to-1 work.
- Deep interaction design expertise, including motion, micro-interactions, prototyping, and product behavior.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into compelling product experiences.
- Ability to design complex journeys while balancing customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and craft.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional partners.
- Ability to operate autonomously from early concept through polished execution.
- Fluency with AI-enabled tools and workflows for exploration, prototyping, and product development.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in growth, subscriptions, marketplaces, commerce, or high-scale consumer products.
- Experience connecting brand and product experiences.
- Strong prototyping or motion skills using Figma, Framer, ProtoPie, code, or similar tools.
- Experience exploring AI-powered product experiences or integrating AI into design and prototyping.
Compensation
- US salary range: $169,000–$214,000 annually, with location-dependent compensation.
- Eligible for a new-hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
