Responsibilities
- Own and scale the developer experience at Lovable.
- Bring order and structure to the code base.
- Integrate or build application frameworks for a growing engineering organization and code footprint.
- Own and develop the observability stack, from code instrumentation through ingestion to presentation.
- Integrate tools for AI-driven development.
- Identify and drive reliability improvements across engineering teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working on a platform team supporting developer experience, including observability, CI/CD, application frameworks, or productivity tooling.
- Strong programming skills and a track record of improving developer velocity and system reliability.
- Experience writing code and tools to support growing engineering organizations in scale-ups.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure practices.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to ship high-leverage systems quickly.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving problems as they arise.
- Ability to make trade-offs among security, stability, and speed.
- Based in Stockholm or ready to relocate; this is an on-site, five-days-a-week role.
- Ability to communicate in English.
