About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of our clearinghouse offering.
  • Contribute to a team that ships day in and day out.
  • Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Engineering to develop product direction.
  • Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g. PR/FAQs, BRDs, GitHub tickets).
  • Work with our healthcare customers to gather feedback and requirements and translate them into actionable product.
  • Work with our design team to develop mockups and wireframes, and our engineering team to prioritize and deliver features.
  • Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment. Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement.
  • Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives, helping to advance Stedi’s overall product suite.

Requirements

  • Substantial product management experience at a healthcare software company, with a track record of delivering successfully adopted products (B2B products delivered via API are a major plus).
  • 2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows is strongly preferred.
  • Either Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or professional experience writing code are strongly preferred.
  • Have an established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap.
  • Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience.
  • Highly curious; not satisfied with getting something to work, you want to understand why it works and how to make it high quality.
  • Thrive in an ambiguous environment with a drive to ship early and often.
