About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end registration funnel: from visitor landing to active family onboarding.
  • Identify and eliminate friction in form design, identity verification, plan selection, payment, and handoffs.
  • Build and maintain prioritized experiment backlog using funnel analytics, user research, and competitive analysis.
  • Target 6+ experiments per month: design statistically sound, fast-to-ship tests.
  • Define and own success metric: registration conversion rate (complete/sessions), with reg start as leading indicator.
  • Prioritize high-traffic surfaces for statistical significance; optimize for registration quality (engagement, retention).
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on screens, pricing, onboarding, upsells.
  • Develop strategic growth initiatives beyond optimization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for ad-to-registration continuity.
  • Partner with Upgrades PM for acquisition-to-premium journey.
  • Apply customer psychology to build confidence in flows.
  • Write actionable product requirements.
  • Work in agile pod with Engineering/Design; manage Legal/Compliance.
  • Communicate results, bets, roadmap to leadership.
  • Iterate quickly using post-launch data.

Requirements

  • 6+ years product management experience focused on conversion funnel optimization, growth, or registration/onboarding in consumer products.
  • Proven high-velocity experimentation (4+/month): design, execution, sequencing for learning.
  • Deep funnel analytics comfort: SQL or BI tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker).
  • Strong cross-functional skills: navigate Risk, Legal, Compliance, Payments.
  • Executive presence and clear communication.
  • Ownership mentality, urgency, scrappiness in high-growth environments.
  • Customer psychology instincts.
