Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end registration funnel: from visitor landing to active family onboarding.
Identify and eliminate friction in form design, identity verification, plan selection, payment, and handoffs.
Build and maintain prioritized experiment backlog using funnel analytics, user research, and competitive analysis.
Target 6+ experiments per month: design statistically sound, fast-to-ship tests.
Define and own success metric: registration conversion rate (complete/sessions), with reg start as leading indicator.
Prioritize high-traffic surfaces for statistical significance; optimize for registration quality (engagement, retention).
Run A/B and multivariate tests on screens, pricing, onboarding, upsells.
