Senior Product Manager– Network Discovery

Leads the Network Discovery product area, owning roadmap decisions, customer outcomes, and collaboration with Engineering across a technically complex infrastructure platform. The role requires 8+ years of Product Management experience, strong judgment, hands-on execution, and practical use of AI in product work.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Network Discovery product area, including discovery capabilities, vendor and technology support, data quality, scalability, and related platform foundations.
  • Make product decisions balancing customer needs, technical constraints, business impact, and long-term product direction.
  • Work with Engineering, UX, Field teams, and customers to understand problems, validate priorities, and define product scope.
  • Own roadmap decisions, including what to build, defer, or deliberately not pursue.
  • Improve the reliability, coverage, speed, and usefulness of network discovery capabilities.
  • Translate technical complexity into clear priorities, problem statements, and delivery plans.
  • Use customer evidence, product data, field input, and technical judgment to prioritize work.
  • Partner with Engineering on solutions, trade-offs, quality, and product value.
  • Use AI to improve product discovery, vendor support analysis, workflow understanding, prioritization, documentation, and internal practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B, enterprise software, infrastructure, platform, security, observability, networking, or another technically complex domain.
  • Strong product judgment and prioritization skills in complex stakeholder environments.
  • High ownership, agency, and ability to create momentum without waiting for consensus.
  • Hands-on experience writing problem statements, analyzing customer input, reviewing technical trade-offs, shaping scope, and driving alignment.
  • Practical experience using AI tools for discovery, analysis, writing, synthesis, prioritization, prototyping, customer understanding, and decision support.
  • Ability to operate at strategic and detailed levels, from product direction and roadmap trade-offs to feature scope, edge cases, and release readiness.
  • Customer fluency, including speaking with users, validating problems, identifying patterns, and applying feedback to product decisions.
  • Strong collaboration with Engineering and ability to balance customer value with implementation realities.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and making progress without perfect data.
  • Clear communication of decisions, trade-offs, and priorities across Product, Engineering, GTM, and leadership.
