Responsibilities
Drive global GTM strategy for high-growth Digital Native companies building Data and AI platforms on Databricks.
Design and execute repeatable global GTM motions to scale sales to Digital Natives.
Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to identify use cases, create technical strategies, and build sales programs.
Engage priority accounts, influence stakeholders, and act as technical advisor to CTOs and Engineering leaders.
Leverage open-source expertise (Spark, Delta, MLflow) to align value proposition.
Collaborate with partnership, ISV, and Data Marketplace teams for ecosystem adoption.
Establish thought leadership through blogs, community contributions, and speaking engagements.
Influence Product and Engineering roadmap based on Digital Native customer needs.
Requirements
Deep hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark optimization, LLM fine-tuning, and data lakehouse architecture.
Proven track record building AI systems (MLOps, GenAI apps, large-scale predictive models).
10+ years experience, including leadership in Digital Native environments (SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, AdTech, Marketplace).
Strong open-source ecosystem knowledge and integration with enterprise platforms.
Experience developing scalable global GTM motions.
Executive presence for engineers and C-suite; entrepreneurial mindset in fast-paced environments.
