About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive global GTM strategy for high-growth Digital Native companies building Data and AI platforms on Databricks.
  • Design and execute repeatable global GTM motions to scale sales to Digital Natives.
  • Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to identify use cases, create technical strategies, and build sales programs.
  • Engage priority accounts, influence stakeholders, and act as technical advisor to CTOs and Engineering leaders.
  • Leverage open-source expertise (Spark, Delta, MLflow) to align value proposition.
  • Collaborate with partnership, ISV, and Data Marketplace teams for ecosystem adoption.
  • Establish thought leadership through blogs, community contributions, and speaking engagements.
  • Influence Product and Engineering roadmap based on Digital Native customer needs.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark optimization, LLM fine-tuning, and data lakehouse architecture.
  • Proven track record building AI systems (MLOps, GenAI apps, large-scale predictive models).
  • 10+ years experience, including leadership in Digital Native environments (SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, AdTech, Marketplace).
  • Strong open-source ecosystem knowledge and integration with enterprise platforms.
  • Experience developing scalable global GTM motions.
  • Executive presence for engineers and C-suite; entrepreneurial mindset in fast-paced environments.
