Responsibilities
- Drive technical direction for the Console and documentation platform, partnering with product and design from problem definition through launch.
- Establish platform patterns and standards for internal teams building features on the Console.
- Own SDKs across seven languages and the CLI.
- Partner with API teams to deliver idiomatic, ergonomic SDK support for new platform capabilities.
- Drive code generation, testing, and release pipelines that keep SDKs consistent and shipping quickly.
- Establish engineering standards, component architectures, and development best practices.
- Mentor peers and drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of practical full-stack engineering experience.
- Ideally 2+ years operating at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level.
- Experience designing and delivering complex developer-facing products across the full stack.
- Technical expertise in modern frontend and backend development.
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Product-focused approach to building robust, scalable, easy-to-use solutions.
- Experience in early-stage or fast-moving environments, ideally building products from 0 to 1.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality products.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $405,000–$485,000 USD.
