What you’ll do
- Own the website as a demand channel, with accountability for visitor-to-Cloud signup conversion, demo requests, and web-sourced pipeline across our PLG and sales-led funnels.
- Build and run our web experimentation program: maintain an A/B testing roadmap for key pages, run tests with statistical rigor, and share learnings.
- Design thoughtful web journeys, including information architecture (IA), navigation, and the paths from blog and docs into signup and sales conversations.
- Keep site content accurate and current, partnering with our Product Marketing and Design teams.
- Partner with our web engineering team to optimize our CMS and website architecture, including a templated landing page system that lets Demand Gen ship campaign pages quickly without engineering support.
- Develop personalization and ABM web experiences (industry, intent, geo-based) to support enterprise pipeline growth.
- Lead website localization as we roll out clickhouse.com in more languages, owning the workflow for regional site variants in partnership with our Regional Marketers.
- Maintain website tracking and event tagging, and partner with Marketing Ops, Web Engineering and Growth Analytics teams on attribution, dashboards, and web performance reporting.
- Own cookie consent and web privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), including our consent management systems.
- Build and lead the web team over time, starting as a hands-on executor and hiring as the channel scales.
What you bring
- 7+ years in web or growth marketing at a company with a PLG funnel. Experience at a developer tool or data infrastructure company is a plus.
- Proven track record of improving web signup and conversion rates through experimentation. You know how to design a valid test and action the results.

- Familiarity with technical SEO and AEO.
