Responsibilities
Build and own the field marketing calendar, ensuring presence at key industry events paired with field trips and high-touch executive experiences.
Build brand recognition as the leading Compliance AI Platform, partnering with Partnerships where relevant.
Drive pipeline and revenue through targeted events for prospects, collaborating with Sales on pre- and post-event outreach.
Develop customer and prospect relationships by hosting customers at events with prospects.
Lead creation, production, logistics, and playbooks for all events.
Manage a large budget, including vendor negotiations, onsite execution, and staffing.
Extend event impact by collaborating on post-event deliverables such as video, photography, and content.
Measure success through engagement quality, pipeline attribution, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
Proven track record of owning and executing B2B field marketing events that drive measurable results.
History of creating experiences that deliver real business outcomes and generate pipeline.
Builder DNA with experience building a field marketing motion from scratch and creating playbooks.
Experience working closely with Sales and Partnerships on account targeting, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-up.
Blend of creativity and operational rigor, including vendor management, event registration, post-event workflows, and metrics tracking.
Comfort working with senior executives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Proactive, scrappy, and deeply collaborative working style.
Strong network of event industry contacts, including venues, production agencies, and AV partners.
