Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in large-scale data processing and machine learning pipeline development.
- Expert-level Python and software engineering best practices.
- Deep understanding of multilingual data challenges and natural language processing fundamentals.
- Passion for advancing language technology and creating global impact.
- Strong publication record or demonstrated research potential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and research communities.
Compensation and Benefits
- United States base compensation range: $110,000–$370,000 USD.
- Canada base compensation range: $165,000–$460,000 CAD.
- Weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in local currency.
