Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design for the ESG reporting application, helping build a competitive, end-to-end reporting product and platform.
• Design and ship experiences that help large organizations scale reporting through AI-powered multiplayer report authoring, reusable metrics and answers, flexible report customization, and related capabilities.
• Conduct deep discovery to uncover product opportunities.
• Use customer feedback and product analytics to iterate quickly and improve product and business metrics.
• Build product vision and strategy for the next stage of the product.
• Partner closely with EPD teams on execution and with GTM teams to understand and build for the market.
• Leverage AI throughout the design process and in the product itself.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing software, preferably at B2B software companies or in technical and complex problem spaces.
• Strong systems-thinking skills and enthusiasm for rapid, 0-to-1 product building.
• Track record of shipping powerful, intuitive product experiences.
• Proficiency in design fundamentals, including design process, interaction design, and visual polish.
• Experience shipping AI products.
• Proficiency with AI tools for discovery, synthesis, and design execution.
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to spend time with users and prospects.
• Enthusiasm for product and business ownership.
• Willingness to work in the London office four days per week.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the climate space is helpful but not required.

Work arrangement

• In-person in the London office 3–4 days per week; employees in office-based roles are expected to work from the office four days per week.
