Investment Operations Associate
Manages the operational lifecycle of member investment accounts, including onboarding, funding, trading, transfers, and ongoing account management. The role requires 1–3 years of investment or brokerage operations experience, strong accuracy, and member-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Own portions of the member investment lifecycle, including onboarding, funding, trading, and ongoing account management.
- Support trading operations by reviewing recommendations for suitability and performing daily rebalancing checks.
- Move member funds accurately and on time; investigate and resolve transfer issues.
- Guide accounts from approved application through fully invested status, clearing operational blockers.
- Serve as a direct point of contact for members with portfolio or account questions.
- Partner with Certified Financial Planners and the broader investments team, gaining exposure to investment management and portfolio modeling.
- Identify operational friction, propose improvements, and help scale investment operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in investment operations, brokerage operations, or a comparable financial services role.
- Familiarity with custodial or clearing platforms and core brokerage workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily deadlines in an accuracy-first environment.
- Process-improvement mindset.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including confidence speaking directly with members.
- Interest in developing breadth across investment operations functions.

- Series 7, 63, or 65/66 license.
- FinTech, registered investment adviser, or broker-dealer experience.
