Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design vision and execution for complex, high-impact product initiatives across Growth, Spending, or Lending.
• Shape product strategy alongside Product, Engineering, Research, and Data partners, helping define what to build—not just how it looks.
• Transform ambiguous opportunities into elegant, intuitive experiences that simplify financial decision-making.
• Design polished, production-ready user experiences across mobile and web with exceptional attention to visual craft, interaction design, accessibility, and usability.
• Use customer research, experimentation, analytics, and design judgment to make informed decisions and improve member outcomes.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system and establish scalable patterns across products.
• Raise the quality bar through critique, collaboration, mentorship, and commitment to craft.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, polished interaction design, and end-to-end product thinking across shipped consumer products.
• Extensive experience designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products for mobile and web, owning complex product areas from strategy through execution.
• Track record of influencing product direction through partnership with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data leaders.
• Deep expertise with Figma and modern prototyping tools, with a strong understanding of design systems and scalable interaction patterns.
• Experience using customer research, experimentation, and product metrics to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to balance member needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $174,000–$245,000.
• Eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
