About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the website product strategy, vision, and prioritized roadmap in partnership with Marketing, Brand, Engineering, Design, and Analytics.
  • Lead a product development team to deliver on vision and user/business outcomes.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies across marketing pages, signup flows, onboarding, and upsell experiences.
  • Build structured experimentation backlog informed by analytics, user behavior insights, and growth hypotheses.
  • Develop and lead full-funnel Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap.
  • Work with Product Analytics to run experiments and understand user interactions.
  • Own Contentful CMS strategy: govern content architecture, define structured content models, enable Marketing and Brand self-publishing.
  • Manage MarTech stack with Marketing: tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Segment, data integrity.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops on personalization, SEO, testing, analytics tools.
  • Define and monitor KPIs: conversion rate, bounce rate, session-to-registration rate, retention metrics; report to leadership.
  • Manage Shopify site, apps, and ecommerce funnel optimizations.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years product management experience, 3+ years owning consumer-facing website in fintech, consumer SaaS, or high-growth B2C.
  • Specialize in CRO, product growth, performance UX.
  • Hands-on with Contentful: content modeling, structured content, non-technical self-serve.
  • Deep expertise Optimizely (or similar): experimentation backlogs, statistically sound tests, maximizing learnings.
  • Proven CRO track record with experiment-driven improvements.
  • Data-driven: work with analysts, write SQL, proficient in Mixpanel or similar.
  • Strong technical background: web/front-end tech, experimentation best practices.
  • Hands-on MarTech stacks, marketing tracking.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional project management, ownership mentality.
  • Excellent communication; present to leadership.
  • Work under pressure, remote environment.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with CDPs, first-party data for personalization.
  • Consumer fintech/family products.
