Senior Product Engineer
Owns customer problems from discovery through design, implementation, deployment, and adoption while building HR technology infrastructure across the stack. The role requires senior full-stack engineering ability, direct customer communication, and comfort with high ownership in an on-site startup environment.

Responsibilities
- Own customer problems end-to-end: talk to customers, design solutions, write RFCs, implement features, deploy to production, and support initial adoption.
- Build and ship across the stack using TypeScript in a monorepo with trunk-based development.
- Design and develop infrastructure for HR technology, including unified APIs, data synchronization, observability, and embedded integration interfaces.
- Prioritize initiatives within a team and drive new product bets with high ownership.
- Gather customer feedback and iteratively improve features until they solve the underlying problem.
- Join the support engineering team and troubleshoot customer issues during onboarding.
- Collaborate with product managers and senior engineers; potentially lead new teams.
Requirements
- Senior-level product engineering experience.
- Ability to own and execute customer problems end-to-end.
- Strong full-stack development capability.
- Experience designing solutions, implementing them, deploying to production, and supporting users.
- Comfort communicating directly with customers and writing technical design documents or RFCs.
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin.
- Enjoyment of high ownership, candid feedback, first-principles thinking, and a fast-paced startup environment.
