  • Process payments; support Finance with general ledger journals, month-end reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure accurate reflection of payroll liabilities, accruals, and disbursements across entities.
  • Manage cycle-by-cycle processing for variable compensation, partnering with Finance and Revenue Operations on timing, accuracy, and tax withholding.
  • Stay ahead of evolving payroll tax requirements across all jurisdictions.
  • Manage year-end processes including W-2s, P60s, P45s, T4s, and international equivalents; ensure timely and accurate regulatory filings (monthly, quarterly, annual).

  • Lead new country payroll setup: systems configuration, testing, and end-to-end execution as company expands.
  • Serve as trusted resource for employees on payroll questions, tax situations, payslip discrepancies, and equity withholding (especially during tax filing and open enrollment).
  • Identify manual inefficiencies and build scalable workflows integrating with Finance and HR systems.
